DO I SUPPLY THE VAN?
Yes, we work on the basis that the customer supplies the mechanically sound, base van.
The vehicle must be taxed and insured and arrive with petrol/diesel.
WHAT VAN DO YOU RECOMMEND?
In terms of panel vans the Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Citreon Relay (all the same chassis) are the widest with the best payload. The extra width makes a lot of difference.
The Mercedes Vario buses are also a Joy to convert.
Unfortunately we cannot fit Luton vans or horse boxes inside our workshop.
HOW LONG IS A CONVERSION?
Once we know your spec this becomes more clear
About 12-16 +- weeks for a MWB/LWB/XLWB full conversions
About 6-8 +- weeks for a SWB panel van conversion
HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?
We ask for a £7.5K & VAT to secure your slot.

CAN I COME AND MEET YOU AND VISIT THE WORKSHOP?
Yes - If you are considering a conversion with us, we would love you to drop by our workshop and meet us. We often have a couple of vans at the workshop so you can step inside and get a feel for our workmanship and our handkrafted campervans.
DO YOU DO PART CONVERSIONS?
No - our focus is on full conversions.
CAN I HELP OUT AT YOUR WORKSHOP FOR MY VAN BUILD?
No. This doesn't work for us. It compromises our insurance policy and doesn't benefit our business.
IS MY VAN CONVERSION INSURED WHILST AT YOUR WORKSHOP?
Yes - your van is insured whilst at the workshop to cover the complete cost of the build.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON YOUR CONVERSIONS?
We provide a 2 year warranty of any major defects in design, materials or workmanship, this does not include typical wear and tear or replacement of the appliances or materials you have provided. Appliances are covered by their own warranties. Failure to renew certificates and carry out a yearly MOT on the interior of your campervan will invalidate warranties.
If you are renting your van any defects caused by the renter is not covered by our warranty.
